학과소개
우리경제와 사회의 생존을 위해 2050 탄소중립은 반드시 추진해야 할 과제이다. 탄소중립을 추진하지 않으면 글로벌 경제에서 우리나라 경제의 지속가능성장은 담보하기 어렵다. 탄소다배출 제조업과 수출주도형 경제로 성장해 온 국내 경제사회 구조의 변화가 불가피한 상황이다. 한양대학교 국제학부는 탄소중립이라는 우리 사회가 맞이한 새로운 패러다임 기로에서 2050년 탄소중립목표를 달성하기 위한 국가 장기 비전과 국가 전략을 대학원 차원에서 종합적으로 교육하기 위한 글로벌기후환경학과를 설립하게 되었다.
한양대 글로벌기후환경학과의 목표는 2050년까지 탄소중립목표를 달성하기 위한 국가 장기 비전과 국가 전략 교육이다.
입학 후 학생들은 탄소중립달성전략 (Carbon Neutrality Strategy), 순환경제와 자원순환 (Circular Economy and Resource Circulation), 기후금융 및 투자 (Climate Finance and Investment)에 대한 특성화된 교육과정을 이수하게 된다.
Overview
2050 Carbon neutrality is a task that must be pursued for the survival of our economy and society. Without promoting carbon neutrality, it is difficult to guarantee the sustainable growth of the Korean economy within the global economy. It is inevitable to change the domestic economic and social structure, which has grown based on carbon-multi-emission manufacturing and an export-led economy. At the new paradigm crossroads facing our society called ‘carbon neutrality’, Hanyang University, Department of International Studies established the Department of Global Climate Environmental Studies to comprehensively educate the long-term vision and national strategy to achieve the 2050 carbon neutrality goal at the graduate school level.
The Department of Global Climate Environmental Studies aims to educate national long-term vision and national strategy to achieve carbon neutrality goals by 2050. Student will complete courses specialized in Carbon Neutrality Strategy, Circular Economy and Resource Circulation and Climate Finance and Investment.
